Frequently asked questions about booking
Here you will find answers to the questions customers ask us most often.
How quickly do I get a price after filling in the form?
The form shows an indicative starting price based on your route right away. We then contact you personally to confirm your route and give you a fixed price. For an urgent delivery we handle your request with priority.
Can I book without knowing the exact weight?
Yes, an estimate is enough to get started. We work out the details with you as soon as we are in touch.
What if my shipment is larger than 2 euro pallets or 500 kg?
Please contact us by phone or WhatsApp. Our standard capacity is two euro pallets up to 500 kg in total, in a VW Caddy. We will discuss together what is possible.
Can I still book an urgent delivery for the same day?
Yes. For an urgent delivery we collect within one hour, guaranteed. This comes with a surcharge, to be agreed on request.
Do I have to pay upfront or can I pay afterwards?
Both are possible. If you pay upfront, you get a 10% discount. Otherwise we work with 8 days net.
