Every hour the line stands still costs more than the run. We collect the part from the supplier, the warehouse or the manufacturer and drive it straight to your shop floor, also at night and across borders.
When one part stops your whole line
A bearing, a circuit board, a pump or a sensor: the part is small, but without it the machine does not run. As a parts courier we collect it as soon as it is ready and drive it straight to your plant, with no depot in between, within the Netherlands and across Europe. Within the Netherlands, within Germany and between the two you pay €1.25 per loaded kilometre, with a minimum of €45 per run. To other countries you get a fixed price upfront, including tolls, vignettes and any crossing. Urgent jobs carry a surcharge. You hear the full price before we drive, and we keep your maintenance crew informed on the way.
No waiting for the depot
A parcel service may deliver tomorrow, somewhere between nine and five. We drive as soon as the part is ready, so your engineers can carry on as soon as possible.
Your crew can plan
After pickup you get a link with the status and the expected delivery time. Forward it to the shop floor and nobody has to call every half hour.
At night and across borders too
Is the line down at a plant in Germany, Poland or Czechia? We also drive at night and keep you informed on the way.
What the run to your plant costs: three example routes within the Netherlands
We collect the part from the supplier and drive straight to the plant, with no depot in between. Within the Netherlands and Germany the run price is loaded kilometres times €1.25; to other countries you get a fixed price including tolls and vignettes. If it is urgent, an urgency surcharge comes on top. You hear the full price before we drive.
Venlo to Eindhoven
57 km × €1.25 = €71.25 run price, plus urgency surcharge for an urgent pickup.
Arnhem to Amsterdam
97 km × €1.25 = €121.25 run price, plus urgency surcharge for an urgent pickup.
Nijmegen to Rotterdam Maasvlakte
147 km × €1.25 = €183.75 run price, plus urgency surcharge for an urgent pickup.
Urgent: collected as soon as possible
For urgent jobs we are at the supplier within the hour around Arnhem, Nijmegen and Venlo, in the Achterhoek and the Lower Rhine around Kleve, Wesel and Duisburg, firmly committed, for a surcharge you hear upfront. Further away, we tell you straight away when we can be there.
Straight to the shop floor
No depot in between. The driver delivers where your maintenance crew is, to the person you name.
Reachable day and night
A breakdown does not keep office hours. You can reach us 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, by phone and WhatsApp.
Cross-border sorted
Germany, Belgium, Poland, Czechia, Austria and beyond. If it leaves the EU, we agree the customs documents with you upfront.
How an urgent run works after a breakdown
You call or message
Tell us where the part is and where it needs to go. Dimensions and weight help, but do not hold us up.
Price upfront
Within minutes you hear the price for the run, plus the urgency surcharge if it is urgent. We drive only once you agree.
Arrangement with the supplier
We agree the pickup with the supplier or warehouse. If they are closed, we agree where the part will be ready, for example with the gatekeeper or at a night counter.
Collection
The driver collects the part and calls the person you named as soon as it is in the van.
Trackable on the way
You get a link with the status and the expected delivery time. Forward it to the shop floor so the crew stays informed.
Delivered at the machine
The driver calls before arriving and delivers to the person you name, also on the shop floor or at night with the gatekeeper.
What does an urgent run for a part cost?
Within the Netherlands and Germany you pay from €1.25 per loaded kilometre, meaning the distance between the pickup and delivery address, with a minimum of €45 per run. A run of 100 loaded kilometres comes to €125 excluding VAT. We do not charge the empty return. For runs to other countries you get a fixed price for the whole run upfront, including tolls, vignettes and any crossing. The price is fixed before we drive.
For an urgent pickup an urgency surcharge applies, set per request and told to you upfront.
Compare that with what an hour of downtime costs in people, machines and delivery commitments. A quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Prices exclude VAT. Not included in the price: customs charges and import duties on runs outside the EU, and exceptional waiting time at loading or unloading. If that applies to your run, you hear upfront how we charge it.
What fits in the van?
- Enclosed, dry cargo space of 160 x 117 x 110 cm (length x width x height).
- Up to about 500 kg, or 1 euro pallet.
- Is your shipment larger? Then we use a larger van. Send the dimensions with your request, so we know which van fits.
Which parts do we carry?
- Motors, drives, control cabinets, circuit boards, tools and moulds.
- Enclosed, dry cargo space. Sensitive electronics travel as the supplier packs them.
- Not: dangerous goods (ADR) or refrigerated goods.
- Parts from several suppliers? We collect them on one route, as long as everything fits in one run.

How quickly can you be at the supplier?

If the part is further away, we tell you straight away with your request when we can be there.
Do you also drive at night and at weekends?
Yes. We are reachable 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. A stopped line does not keep office hours, and neither do we.
Do you also drive to Poland or Czechia at night?
Yes. Once the part is ready in the Netherlands, we collect it and drive straight on to your plant in Poland or Czechia, at night too. We keep you informed on the way.

Who signs for it if the supplier is closed?
We agree that upfront. Often the supplier leaves the part with a gatekeeper or at a night counter. The driver calls the person you name when loading and when unloading.
What if the part does not fit or is too heavy?
Send the dimensions and weight and we will tell you straight away. If it is larger than our standard van can take, we use a larger van.
Can we set up a standing arrangement for breakdowns?
Yes. Agree once with us who may order, which suppliers we collect from and where the part needs to go. When a breakdown happens, one message or call is enough, and the run is invoiced to your company.
Is the part insured on the way?
Yes. CuraTrans is insured with Interpolis for carrier's liability, with a sum insured of €600,000. By law that liability is limited per kilogram, unless a value is declared upfront. If it is an expensive part, state the value in your request. We then agree before the run how it is covered.
