Urgent courier for machine parts: line down today, part on the line tomorrow
A stopped line costs more per hour than the run. We collect the part wherever it is, at the supplier, the warehouse or the manufacturer, and drive it straight to the machine. At night too, across the border too.
When a part cannot wait
A bearing, a circuit board, a pump, a sensor: the part itself is small, the cost of waiting is large. The parcel service delivers tomorrow, maybe, somewhere between nine and five. An urgent courier from CuraTrans collects the part as soon as it is ready and drives it straight to the plant, with no depot in between.
From 's-Heerenberg, on the Dutch-German border, the Ruhr area, the Achterhoek, Twente, Brabant and Limburg are within one to two hours. Further away we drive just as readily: a part from the Netherlands that has to be in a factory in Poland tomorrow morning is a run we know.
You get one point of contact, a fixed price before departure and a tracking link from the moment of loading. So the maintenance crew knows exactly when they can start, and you do not have to call every half hour.
Does your company work with a regular parts supplier? Then we agree once how it goes: who calls, who signs, where loading happens. After that, a breakdown is one phone call.
Collected within 1 hour
For urgent jobs we are at the supplier within the hour, with guarantee and a surcharge you hear upfront.
Straight to the machine
No depot, no transhipment. The driver delivers where the maintenance crew is, on the shop floor if needed.
Cross-border without fuss
Germany, Belgium, Poland, Czechia, Austria. Customs documents outside the EU are arranged with you upfront.
Tracking link for the crew
Forward the link to the shop floor. Everyone sees when the part is arriving.
How it works during a breakdown
- 1
Call or message
Tell us where the part is and where it needs to go. Dimensions and weight help, but do not hold us up.
- 2
Price within minutes
You hear the transport price based on the loaded distance, plus the urgency surcharge if you want pickup within the hour.
- 3
Collect, drive, deliver
The driver loads at the supplier, drives straight through and reports on arrival to the person you name.
Rate
Rate on request, based on €1.25 per kilometre.
- Lowest price guarantee: 10% below your quote
- 1 euro pallet, maximum 500 kg
- Pay in advance: 10% discount
- Otherwise: payment within 8 days net
Prices exclude VAT. We confirm the final price with your request.
What does an urgent parts run cost?
The price is the loaded distance times the kilometre rate, with a minimum price per run. For pickup within the hour an urgency surcharge is added, set per request and told to you upfront. The van's return leg is not charged.
Put that next to what an hour of downtime costs in people, machines and delivery commitments, and the sum is usually quick. Want to be sure? Ask for the price: it costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Which parts do we carry?
- Anything up to 500 kg and 1 euro pallet: motors, drives, control cabinets, circuit boards, tooling, moulds up to 160 cm long.
- Enclosed, dry cargo space. Sensitive electronics travel packed as the supplier provides them.
- Not: dangerous goods (ADR), chilled goods, heavy components over 500 kg.
- Several parts from several suppliers on one route? Possible, as long as everything fits in one run.
Frequently asked questions
Here you will find answers to the questions customers ask us most often.
How quickly can you be at the supplier?
For urgent jobs within 1 hour of your go-ahead, with guarantee and surcharge. That applies within the area we reach from 's-Heerenberg in an hour; further away we tell you straight away what time we can be there.
Do you also drive at night and at weekends?
Yes. We are reachable 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Production downtime does not keep office hours, and neither do we.
Can the part be in Poland or Czechia tomorrow morning?
Usually yes. A part that is ready in the Netherlands this afternoon can be at a plant in western Poland or Czechia the next morning. We name a concrete arrival time when you request the run.
Who signs for receipt if the supplier is closed?
We agree that upfront. Often the supplier leaves the part with a gatekeeper or night desk; the driver calls the person you name when loading and when unloading.
What if the part does not fit or is too heavy?
Send dimensions and weight and we will tell you immediately. If it does not fit our van, we say so honestly rather than trying.
