As a direct courier we collect your shipment where it is and drive straight to the delivery address, with no sorting centre or depot in between. We call this a direct run. Your shipment arrives at the time you agree with your recipient, within the Netherlands and across Europe. Within the Netherlands, within Germany and between the two you pay €1.25 per loaded kilometre, with a minimum of €45 per run. To other countries you get a fixed price upfront, including tolls, vignettes and any crossing. The price is fixed before we drive.
No depot deciding your schedule
With a parcel service, the depot schedule decides when your shipment arrives. On a direct run we collect at the agreed time and drive straight through. We keep you informed on the way.

After pickup you get a link with the status and the expected delivery time. You can forward it to your recipient.
Secured and dry
Enclosed, dry cargo space. The driver secures your shipment with straps before setting off.
How a direct run works, from request to delivery
You send us the run
Loading address, delivery address, the preferred pickup time and what needs to go: via the form, by phone or WhatsApp. Dimensions and weight help us choose the right van.
One fixed price upfront
You get one price for the whole run, based on the loaded kilometres. Only once you agree do we schedule the run.
Arrangements at both ends
We agree the pickup time with the place where the shipment is ready, and the delivery with whoever receives it. You do not have to call back and forth yourself.
Documents clear upfront
Is the run leaving the EU, for example to the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway? We tell you upfront which customs documents are needed and what falls outside the price.
Collected and secured
The driver calls before arriving, loads the shipment and secures it in the enclosed cargo space.
Reachable on the way
After pickup we send you a link by email or WhatsApp with the status and the expected delivery time. You can call us day and night.
Delivered to the right person
The driver calls before arriving and delivers to the person you named. The link shows you that the shipment has been delivered.
What does a direct run cost?
Within the Netherlands and Germany you pay from €1.25 per loaded kilometre, meaning the distance between the pickup and delivery address, with a minimum of €45 per run. A run of 100 loaded kilometres comes to €125 excluding VAT. We do not charge the empty return. For runs to other countries you get a fixed price for the whole run upfront, including tolls, vignettes and any crossing. The price is fixed before we drive.
A direct run costs more than a parcel by post, and less than a colleague spending a day on the road.
A run with 29 kilos costs the same as a run with 400 kilos: you pay for the route, not the weight.

Prices exclude VAT. Not included in the price: customs charges and import duties on runs outside the EU, and exceptional waiting time at loading or unloading. If that applies to your run, you hear upfront how we charge it.
What fits in the van?
- Enclosed, dry cargo space of 160 x 117 x 110 cm (length x width x height).
- Up to about 500 kg, or 1 euro pallet.
- Is your shipment larger? Then we use a larger van. Send the dimensions with your request, so we know which van fits.
What can we carry for you?
- Boxes, cases, machine parts, equipment, documents, art and antiques.
- Not: refrigerated or frozen goods, or dangerous goods (ADR).

Can I follow the run?
Yes. As soon as the driver has collected your shipment, we send you a link by email or WhatsApp. It shows whether it has been collected, is on the way or has been delivered, and the expected delivery time. You can forward the link to your recipient. It stops by itself after delivery.
Do you also drive internationally?
Yes, direct runs to 22 countries in Europe. For destinations outside the EU, such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, we tell you upfront which customs documents are needed and what falls outside the price.
