How the price of your run is determined
Our base price is simple: €1.25 per kilometre, with a minimum price of €45 per run. For a dedicated run you multiply that rate by the distance between the collection and delivery address, with no stopovers on the way.
There are no hidden surcharges, with one exception: if you choose express, a surcharge applies on top, which we set per request. For a regular run you therefore pay exactly what you agreed upfront: distance times €1.25, with a minimum price of €45 per run, nothing more and nothing less.
Payment terms
You choose how you pay. If you pay in advance, you get a 10% discount on the run price. If you prefer invoicing, you receive an invoice with a payment term of 8 days net. Both options apply to every run, from a short domestic run to a dedicated run abroad.

Lowest price guarantee
Do you have a quote or invoice from another courier company for a comparable run? Upload it with your booking and you will see right away whether it qualifies. If it qualifies, we drive the run 10% cheaper. You always receive the final confirmation personally from us, before the run is scheduled.
Express surcharge
If you choose express (collected within 1 hour, guaranteed), a surcharge is added on top. We set the amount per request, and you always hear it upfront, before you confirm. Read more about our express service on the page about the express courier.

How is the price of a run calculated?

Yes. Through your request you calculate the price for your run upfront, and we confirm it before you give the go-ahead.
