Two speeds, one clear distinction
At CuraTrans there are two speeds, and we are clear about them. If you choose express, we collect your shipment within 1 hour, with a guarantee on that time. That comes with a surcharge; we set the amount per request, depending on the route and the moment. If you choose the regular service, we collect same-day without a guarantee on a fixed time: the run then fits into that day's planning. Which of the two you need is up to you, per request. When you need an express courier
Not every shipment needs express, but sometimes there is not an hour to spare. Think of a production line standing still without a missing part, a machine that only runs again once the replacement piece is on its way, or a document that has to be in the right place today for a deadline. In those situations every minute counts between your call and the moment the driver is at your door. That is what the express service is made for: no queue, no half-day time slot, but a driver on the way right away.

What is the difference between the express courier and the regular courier at CuraTrans?
With express we collect within 1 hour, with a guarantee on that time, for a surcharge we set per request. With a regular run we collect same-day, without a guarantee on a fixed time and without a surcharge.
How much is the surcharge for an express run?
That depends on the route and the moment, so we set it per request. You always hear the surcharge and the total price before you confirm.
Does the 1-hour guarantee also apply to international runs?
The guarantee applies to collection: the driver is with you within 1 hour, even if the destination is abroad. The arrival time at the international destination depends on the distance; we discuss that when you make your request.
Is express transport also possible at night or at the weekend?
Yes, we are available for express runs 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.
What happens if the 1-hour guarantee is not met?
We only confirm an express request if the guarantee is achievable. Should a delay unexpectedly threaten after all, you hear it from us straight away, so you are not caught by surprise.
