Switzerland is not an EU member, so a shipment across the border requires customs clearance. We arrange this in consultation with you per shipment, but cannot guarantee the processing time at the border: that depends on customs itself. Otherwise a direct run to Switzerland works just like within the EU: insured transport, a maximum of 500 kg or 2 euro pallets in the VW Caddy, and both express and normal requests are possible.
